We want you to love your 24Bottles products, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused bottles or accessories in their original protective sleeve and box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
