All our bottles are crafted from high-quality, food-grade 18/8 stainless steel. They are 100% BPA-free, phthalate-free, and toxin-free, ensuring your drinks stay fresh and safe.
How long do the insulated bottles keep drinks hot or cold?
Our Clima Bottles are designed to keep beverages cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, thanks to their double-walled vacuum insulation technology.
Are 24Bottles dishwasher safe?
While the stainless steel is durable, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water to preserve the finish and the integrity of the thermal seal. The lids are dishwasher safe on the top rack.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the EU and 7-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
